Our Return Policy

We’re committed to your satisfaction at peepbeauty.com. If something isn’t perfect, our streamlined return policy makes it easy to send items back:

  • Free Pre-Paid Returns: Available for U.S. orders within 14 days of purchase.

  • Refund Details: You’ll get a full refund to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost and a 40% restocking fee.

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items bought directly from peepbeauty.com. For purchases from authorized retailers, contact them directly.

  • No Exchanges: We don’t offer exchanges at this time.

  • Condition: Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

How to Return Your Item(s)

Follow these simple steps for U.S. orders:

  1. Start Your Return: Go to our returns center at peep/returns.beauty, select the item(s) you’re returning, and note your reason(s). Only items listed will be refunded.

  2. Pack It Up: Place the item(s) in their original, unopened packaging in a shipping box.

  3. Label It: Attach the provided prepaid return label to the package.

  4. Ship It: Drop it off with the United States Postal Service (USPS).

  5. Relax: We’ll email you a confirmation once your return is received and your refund is processed.
